UK Delivery

We offer FREE standard delivery within the UK on all orders over £100.00 

Please allow 3-5 working days as goods are dispatched with 2nd class royal mail which is tracked but not signed for. However, items may be with you within 2 days as we endeavor to dispatch items on the same day as order has been placed. 

*UK includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands- Jersey and Guernsey. Please note some destinations may take longer.

Rest of the World - £20.00

We will dispatch your order within 2-3 working days*. The order will be sent by Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed For and will require a signature on receipt. 

Royal Mail time guidelines for Airsure deliveries is approximately 3 working days for Europe and 5 working days for the rest of the world. Heatherbie.com take no responsibility for delays caused by Royal Mail or any subsequent couriers used by them. Any additional charges incurred at customs clearance must be borne by the recipient.

US Delivery, we have currently paused shipping to the US based on unconfirmed customs charges. Please contact us directly if you with to place an order.

Unfortunately, we no longer accept returns on overseas orders. 

Any additional taxes; duties; customs and/or holding charges; and/or any additional charges in relation to international shipping that are not explicitly referenced in your invoice will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
